Chance Pardon is dedicated to helping injured plaintiffs and has made helping those in need a core part of who he is. He is a lead member of our litigation and trial teams that have taken dozens of cases to trial, obtaining over $19,000,000 in verdicts and tens of millions more in settlements.

Chance was a finalist for the prestigious 2020 Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Rising Star award, has been selected as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2020 to the Present, is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and a member of the Ball/Hunt/Schooley American Inn of Court in Long Beach, California.

Chance and Brian Breiter are also the leaders of our specialized aquatics case practice. They have both resolved cases involving drownings, electric shock, and other aquatics based injuries resulting in millions of dollars recovered. Chance has unique subject matter experience having served as an Ocean Lifeguard/Emergency Medical Technician for the Los Angeles County Fire Department for over ten years and has years of previous experience as a certified pool lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. Both Chance and Brian are members of the aquatics community. Chance was NCAA Division I water polo player at the University of California, Irvine and continued to compete with Brian at the Master’s level. He has also been a swimming and water polo coach.

In law school, Mr. Pardon was President of the UCI Law Trial Advocacy Club and a member of the Domestic Violence Clinic. In the Domestic Violence Clinic, Mr. Pardon helped many victims of domestic violence get the protection they needed. He continues to represent victims of domestic violence on a pro bono basis.
