Brian Breiter is an accomplished civil trial lawyer with 30 years of experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law. He has secured several hundred million dollars in settlements and verdicts, earning a reputation as a fierce advocate for his clients during their most challenging times. Licensed in both California and Florida, Mr. Breiter represents clients statewide and is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Breiter has been recognized among the top trial lawyers in the country. He was nominated for Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) in both 2019 and 2020 for his numerous seven-figure verdicts. He is a Lifetime Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has been elevated to Advocate level, a distinction awarded to attorneys who have tried at least 50 jury trials to verdict. He is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and has been named to Super Lawyers for 15 consecutive years in both Southern California and South Florida.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Breiter has a deep passion for storytelling and theater. With over 30 years of experience as a professional actor, he seamlessly integrates improvisational techniques into his courtroom strategy. He has developed Improv for Trial (http://ImprovForTrial.com), a nationally recognized program that teaches attorneys how to use improvisation and storytelling to connect with juries and effectively advocate for their clients.

His teaching experience includes serving as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Law School, where he taught Improvisational Mediation to attorneys, mediators, and judges. He has also taught at the University of Calgary School of Law.

Mr. Breiter has secured over a dozen seven-figure verdicts in recent years, including a record-setting $47,525,000 wrongful death settlement. His firm specializes in cases involving wrongful death, brain injuries, serious orthopedic injuries, automobile and motorcycle accidents, trucking crashes, dog bites, and slip-and-fall incidents in both California and Florida.
